Who We Are
What’s an office building without a grain bowl place? Established in 2016, Workspace Espresso Bar (managed by the founders of Cedele) fits that niche well with its variety of curated or customisable grain bowls inspired by a mix of Middle Eastern and Asian flavours while embodying the same resolute commitment to healthy eating that has become synonymous with its parent company.
We feature a rotating range of single-origin and blended roasts, using the appropriate brewing methods so that all coffees are served as its makers intended.
Our signature espresso is a blend of 2 Brazil origins. The farms Farenza Sao Joao, spanning 3 generations, and Farenza Rodomunho, which has been growing coffee since 1890, produce these excellent naturally-processed beans. Our coffee has a creamy mouthfeel and exhibits a deep stonefruit and raisin sweetness, with an almond and dark chocolate finish. Our espresso-based offerings consist of familiar and relatable items such as Macchiato, Long Black, Latte, Cappuccino, and Mocha. Daily offerings will also include an exclusive house batch brew coffee.
Our Cold Brew
Made in small batches daily, our cold brew is slow-dripped for 4 hours to extract a smooth, aromatic brew, with notes of dried plum, caramel and chocolate.
Cold-brewing imparts a naturally sweeter flavour to the coffee, as compared to the acidity and bitterness produced from brewing hot coffee.
Available in black and white (with added milk) versions, our cold brew is also bottled to preserve freshness and for ease of takeaway.
Our Grain Bowls
Build your own grain bowl with crisp greens, whole grains and flavourful proteins. Walk in and you’ll spot our quick-service grain bar, stocked with a tantalising variety of side dishes, peppered with distinct Middle Eastern and Asian flavours. All cooked daily to perfection on-site.
Our Artisanal Bakes
A delicious variety of freshly-baked pastries and cakes are stocked at the store. Handmade in small batches daily, our pastries promise quality you can taste. Highlights include flaky almond croissant, crumbly pistachio apricot slice, matcha tahini cake and lemon polenta cake. Not forgetting our breakfast brioche with scrambled egg, the perfect start to your day.
